Al Raha Serenity: Spacious 2BR Getaway

Beautiful and comfortable apartment to stay with a small family. Positive: Good location, nice and ample apartment, ideal for a small family. The apartment is new and well decorated. Negative: We had many problems getting to the apartment using our car. I believe the doormen were not used to short term rental and they would give us daily a hard time to get in to the building. It is ok to ask for your ID, but leaving me and my family in the car waiting for ID checks more than once a day, saying we were not renting there, it is not nice. Even when showing the payment and reservation it was very uncomfortable for us. Some basic kitchen appliances were missing.

Positive: Clean, large space, chicken had all the tools, pots, plates you need. The same was in the bathrooms, shampoo, soaps, toothpaste and brushes, towels... Carrefour convenience store is beside the building. Negative: Strange switches for lights and A/C

Needs significant improvement. Negative: Unfortunately the accommodation was not the standard we would expect for this price. The sofas had suspicious stains all over them, the balcony was filthy, and the outdoor furniture was so broken it was a health hazard to use, the shower was loose and difficult to use, the towels were old and frayed, there were clumps of somebodies hairs around the master bed, and there stains on most walls and floors.
